From November 1st till Christmas.

Our Roast Goose, a true tradition of the house.

For almost 60 years we proudly offer our traditional roasted goose during the goose season.

Due to our limited capacity of our ovens we only prepare on the basis of reservations with at least one day notice

Despite these difficult times we would liked to look after you as usual with our traditional goose dinner at Siegblick.

So we made it possible to enjoy at home.

Please order your fresh 'goose to go' with at least one day notice and take a piece of Siegblick home with you.
